Confidentiality Statement

Reporting-Ethics is a worldwide secure Web site and radio program designed to provide confidential consultations. It was initially created to educate it's audiences on how to ethically report all of their sources of incomes to the IRS.

The parties shall not disclose any confidential information regarding the parties, their business, it's vendors, its carriers or carriers rates, customers or its employees. Clients shall not disclose XYZ Corporation carrier rates customers or its employees. Clients shall not disclose XYZ Corporation Servies work products to persons not employed by Clients, including, but not limited to Agents, Carriers, or Auditors. This clause can be waived when disclosure is required by law and for payment or audit purposes.

We anticipate that most visitors to our Web site will happen in their own homes and most listeners will tune our show at work and/or in their daily commutes. Our media system provides for complete confidentiality of the users financial and other personal information. This is something in which will be stressed several times when the program is being aired.

Once the customers or callers share any personal information during a show, it is all kept confidential. It will never be shared, faxes or e-mailed to anyone outside of our studio. There will not even be any public records kept on this information. During the show, they will be addressed as Mr. or Mrs. Caller.
