Q What is your confidentiality policy?

What is ABC-Consulting phone number?
A For questions about your membership supporting OR-Economic Consulting and any other questions, please call 503-238-4000 or 800-643-1040, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Or send an email by using the Contact Us Form.

Q When will my thank-you gift arrive?
A If you requested a thank-you gift when you made a membership payment, it should arrive about eight weeks from the time we processed your contribution. If it has been longer than that, please contact us by using the Contact Us Form.

Q Does OR-Economic Consulting exchange my mailing address?
A No, we do not.

Q Why did I get two programs guides?
A If you mistakenly receive two or more copies of OR-Economic Consulting Membership Guide, you may be on our mailing list two or more times. Please send us the address labels from both copies and we will merge the listings. Or send an email by using the Contact Us Form.

Q What if I move?
A If you move, please let us know by using our change-of address form or by calling our Member Services at (503)-238-3000 or 800-226-9978.

Q Is my contribution tax deductible?
A Contributions to OR-Economic Consulting are not tax deductible, even for the fair market value of any thank-you gifts you received.

Q But I already sent my contribution!
A Sometimes, especially after the general elections, it can take time processing membership contributions. So even though you've sent your pledge payment you may receive another reminder. Please disregard the extra reminder.
