Terms of Use

(1) Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to OR Venture Capital LLC presented to you by Reporting-Ethics. OR Venture Capital LLC provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. Your failure to follow these rules, may result in the suspension of termination of your access to the Service, without notice, in addition to the Service Provider other remedies.

You may use the OR Venture Capital LLC Web site, contents and servers running on networks (“Service”) operated by OR Venture Capital for the purpose of accessing the information (information”) which are available and according to strict complaints to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

(2) Monthly Sponsorships, Automatic Renewal and Cancellations.
A monthly sponsorship is for a period of 30 days from the order date. Unless notified in writing, Reporting-Ethics monthly sponsorships will automatically renew every 30 days and customer credit card submitted for the initial payment will be charged automatically.

To cancel sponsorships send e-mail to sponsor@Reporting-Ethics.com. Cancellations must be received at least 2 business days prior to the renewal date to avoid additional monthly charges.

(3) Modifications to This Agreement
We reserve the right, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself appraised of any changes. (4) Links To Third Party Sites
The Reporting-Ethics Web site may contain links to other Web sites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of The LeMay Report and The LeMay Report is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. The LeMay Report is not responsible for web casting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. The LeMay Report is providing these links to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any Linked Site. The LeMay Report is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The LeMay Report of the site or any association with its operator.

(5) Materials Provided To The LeMay Report or Posted at Any The LeMay Report Web site. The LeMay Report does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to The LeMay Report, including feedback and suggestions (collectively “Submissions”). However, by providing your Submission you are granting The LeMay Report, its affiliated companies and necessary sub license permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses. This including, without limitation, the right to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. The LeMay Report is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove Submission at any time in The LeMay Report sole discretion.

By providing your Submission you warrant, and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submission.
