About Us

The OR Deal service was set up as a non-profit organization to be used for paying off debts. As in our name, it is designed to assist local governmental, vital public services and other non-profits with their debts. Regardless the size or complexity of the organization or service, we have a fund that potentially will come to their aid.

In the preparation of this site we conducted research and discovered it was kind of difficult to locate sites that focus on this topic. The only one that was found that could be close was one kept by Jack Bog, a Lewis & Clark Law professor @ http://www.bojack.org/.

On this site by referring to the left-hand column on the home page, you can see the chart "Long-Term Debt of the City of Portland". A number that is currently increasing in size at a rate. Creating something that needs to be done about it to take on the problem. Otherwise this will just be another unwanted problem we will be passing onto future generations.

But of course there are a number of other outstanding debts and other obligations that the city of Portland and the state of Oregon are facing. None of which do we really want to just sit on our hands and do nothing about. By passing these burdens on to teh next generations is something that is not appreciated.

There is potentially a long list of organizations or applicants that would be in need of our firm's assistance. To be considered all these have to do click "submit application". There they can find out if they qualify and how to get past the screening.
