Home PageThe OR Deal was set up as a non-profit organization to be used for paying off debts. It was created in response to a request received from some police officers. The areas of focus are the local city governments, vital public service sectors and other non-profit organizations. This non-profit was created by our founder. He accomplished this by donating a couple of properties to this organization. Where the revenues generated from these properties are then collected each month will go into another fund. Then these funds generated after paying all of the necessary business expenses will all go to these individual causes. There is potentially a long list of organizations or applicants that would be in need of our firm’s assistance. To be considered all these intities have to do click "submit application". There they can find out if they qualify and how to get past the screening. There are a long list of potential applicants for this assistance. The one found on the Web site www.bojack.org is just one of many more. By referring to the left-hand column on the home page of this blog, you can see the chart "Long-term debt of the City of Portland". A number that is currently increasing in size every time I visit this site. Creating something that needs to be done to take on this problem. Otherwise this will just be past onto the next generations. This is thanks to the continuous demand for its services and the magic of compounding interest rates. Of course there are a number of other outstanding debts that this great city of Portland is facing. None of which do we really want to sit on our hands and do nothing about. By passing on this burden to the next generations the staff at this non-profit do not think would be very appreciated. The proceeds initially received will go to pay off all of the business expenses necessary to keep the properties in operation. Then with what is left over will be transferred to another department. There the funds will be used to assist a number of applicants in paying off their bills and staying in operation. This would allow those forms of government and other organizations that are being weighed down with debts with a resource to get out of paying these debts. Then instead allowing them to refocus these funds into more critical budgets. Some of these areas would include health care costs, housing for the elderly, the homeless problem, opening the Wapato Jail and more. If you know an OR city government, a vital public service sector or a non-profit organization then click here to submit your request. With the necessary information, it will be considered by a board or team to see if it meets all of the demands needed.
