Terms of Use

(1) Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to The OR Deal presented to you by Reporting-Ethics. The OR Deal provides its services to you subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. Your failure to follow these rules, may result in the suspension of termination of your access to the Service, without notice, in addition to the Service Provider other remedies.

You may use The OR Deal Web site, contents and servers running on networks (“Service”) operated by The OR Deal for the purpose of accessing the information (information”) which are available and according to strict complaints to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

(2) Monthly Sponsorships, Automatic Renewal and Cancellations.
A monthly sponsorship is for a period of 30 days from the order date. Unless notified in writing, Reporting-Ethics monthly sponsorships will automatically renew every 30 days and customer credit card submitted for the initial payment will be charged automatically.

To cancel sponsorships send e-mail to sponsor@Reporting-Ethics.com. Cancellations must be received at least 2 business days prior to the renewal date to avoid additional monthly charges.

(3) Modifications to This Agreement
We reserve the right, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself appraised of any changes. (4) Links To Third Party Sites
The Reporting-Ethics Web site may contain links to other Web sites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Reporting-Ethics and Reporting-Ethics is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Reporting-Ethics is not responsible for web casting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. Reporting-Ethics is providing these links to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any Linked Site.
